We Are Stronger Together!

April 7th - another week in and no 2 words could be more true...Stronger Together.  Standard Rule Promotions has been serving our community for over 70 years with the current staff being involved in some capacity for a combination of almost 60 of those years.  Within all of our years in business we have been involved with our local chambers in some way, shape or form.  We have served on committees, volunteered at events, sat on the board, with myself even serving as Board President for the Greater Belleville Chamber in 2015.
Throughout the years I have helped obtain sponsorships from current members and I work with the chamber to recruit new members from existing or new businesses.  Every time I would hear the question "Why would I join the chamber, what can the chamber do for me"...my answer would always be - just like anything else- "you get out of it what you put into it."  Well, now my answer might be just a bit more lengthy.  I can not imagine going through this shift in our world without the help of the Local Chambers!!  Our local chamber directors and their staffs have been working endlessly to put together zoom meetings, send out links and open up resources to us that may not be easy to navigate on our own.  As a small business, it is easy to feel isolated right now, but trust me when I tell you...the hours our local chambers are putting in to make sure we get through the proper channels they do because they honestly care about each and every one of their members.
Standard Rule Promotions is a small business which is a great thing most of the time - but in a time of unknown, fear and isolation, it is wonderful to know that we have the local chambers to lean on.
Let's all take these next 30 days (I have infinite amounts of hope) and work on making ourselves healthier, stronger, kinder (inside and out)...coming back to our families, our businesses, our communities better than we have ever been, because if we don't fill our cup - we can't pour into others!  STRONGER TOGETHER
Remember to keep your head high and your hands clean!
